For those who are interested to receive the BOI promotion , please ask for leaflets as well as instruction of the investment and respective application form for the promotion (Kor . Kor . Thor . OI) form the investment Center. After properly filled in the application form in 2 sets at the office of the Secretary and make one more copy for applicant's own record in the file.

Consideration of the applying promotional project

        The consideration of the promotional application by the BOI office will be ready within 60 days from date of receipt such application with full documents and evidences to support the consideration . (Full details as per regulation of the BOI office No. 1/2535 dated 4th May 1992). While the application for larger investment of over Bt.500 million for production of goods mostly sale in the country must be country must be submitted to the Board and will take further 30 day or total 90 days in all for final approval.

Advice of approval or disapproval from BOI

        After the application for BOI promotion has passed the consideration, the office of the secretary will inform the applicant about the approval or disapproval of the promotion within 15 working days (Fill details as per regulation of BOI office No.2/2535 4th May 1992).

        If the approved BOI Promotion has to be amended due to the change of the original project such as changing the factory location or production capacity. These can be done by submitting the amendment application with supporting document and evidences to the office of the Secretary.

Promotional Card

        The applicant for BOI promotion must acknowledge the resolution of the BOI Board within 30 days after receipt of the approval letter. If it is not possible to acknowledge within the stipulated time , extension of time to confirm such resolution and time to submit document for the Promotional Card must be advised to the BOI office. (Full details as per regulation of BOI office No. 4/2535 dated 4th May 1992). The confirmation letter must be submitted within separating documents and evidences for the issue of the Promotional Card as stipulated by the BOI Office.
