To follow the conditions hereunder.

• Alien's children born in foreign country should be a foreigner.
• If either Father or mother is Thai Nationality, to follow the steps in applying for the verification of children's nationality whether a foreigner or a Thai.
• To ask for the verification of nationality at the Immigration Dept.
• To submit application at District and at the Province of their parents' domicile as per record in the household registration.
• After the ministry of Interior has approved, the whole matter will be returned to the District Office or the Province of domicile of their Thai parents as per record in the household registration so the detail of alien children can be recorded in the household registration.
