Service Charges
1. Conducting legal cases is charged on the capital, maximum not more than 20%.
2. Conducting legal cases is charged on the capital, minimum not lower than 10%.
3. Conducting legal cases service charges is negotiable on each case
4. Registration a company service charges us	US $ 125 Dollars.
5. Registration a limited partnership service charges of all	US $ 100 Dollars.
6. Registration commercial chop service charges us	US $ 25 Dollars.
7. Amendment, supplementation any item in a company and partnership service charges us	US $ 87.05 - 125 Dollars.
8. Registration Value Added Tax service charges	US $ 25 Dollars.
9. Registration for dissolution of company, partnership, service charge	US $ 175 Dollars.
10. Registration Trademark, service charge	US $ 175 Dollars.
11. Registration Patent, service charge	US $ 500 Dollars.
12. Asking for Work Permit( one year visa) for Alien; service charge	US $ 375 Dollars.
13. Work Permit (1 year visa) renewal, the service charge is	250 USD or 10,000 .-baht.
14. Alien Certificate or Permanent Domicile Certificate ; service charge is negotiable.
15. Nationality Verification, Transfer and Change Nationality ; service charge is negotiable.
16. Contact Government Agencies, service charge is negotiable depending on each case.
17. Land purchasing, commission is based on legal condition.
18. Asking for Factory Settlement, Renew, service charges is negotiable.
19. Accounting, Auditing (Close/Balance Sheet Verification), service charge is negotiable.
20. Other service charges are negotiable depending on each case.

อัตราค่าบริการของเรา
1. ว่าความคิดค่าบริการตามทุนทรัพย์ที่ฟ้องสูงสุดไม่เกิน 20 เปอร์เซ็นต์
2. ว่าความคิดค่าบริการตามทุนทรัพย์ที่ฟ้องไม่ต่ำกว่า 10 เปอร์เซ็นต์ (ต่ำสุด)
3. ตกลงเหมาค่าบริการว่าความเป็นคดีๆ ไป
4. จดทะเบียนบริษัท จ่ายค่าบริการ	5,000 บาท
5. จดทะเบียนห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด จ่ายค่าบริการ	4,000 บาท
6. จดทะเบียนพาณิชย์ (ร้านค้า) จ่ายค่าบริการ	1,000 บาท
7. แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมบริษัท ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด จ่ายค่าบริการ	3,500-5,000 บาท
8. จดทะเบียนภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มรวมค่าธรรมเนียมใช้จ่ายและอื่นๆ จ่ายค่าบริการ	1,000 บาท
9. จดทะเบียนเลิกชำระบัญชีบริษัท ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัดค่าบริการ	7,000 บาท
10. จดทะเบียนเครื่องหมายการค้าค่าบริการ	7,000 บาท
11. จดทะเบียนสิทธิบัตรค่าบริการ	20,000 บาท
12. ขอใบอนุญาตทำงานคนต่างด้าว (วีซ่า 1 ปี) ค่าบริการ	15,000 บาท
13. ขอต่ออายุใบอนุญาตทำงานคนต่างด้าว (วีซ่า 1 ปี) ค่าบริการ	10,000 บาท

16. ติดต่อหน่วยงานราชการ ค่าบริการแล้วแต่ยากง่าย แล้วแต่ตกลงกัน
17. ซื้อขายที่ดิน ค่านายหน้าตามกฎหมายกำหนด
18. ขอใบอนุญาตตั้งโรงงาน ต่ออายุโรงงานค่าบริการแล้วแต่ตกลงกัน
19. ทำบัญชี ตรวจสอบบัญชี (ปิด/เซ็นงบดุล) ค่าบริการแล้วแต่ตกลงกัน
